Show MOTIONS ARGUED ON SAFE DEPOSIT ORDER Arguments on both a motion to quash the order for opening a safety deposit box . leased by Lorenzo N. Stohl in the vault of Zion's Savings Bank & Trust company and upon the law and evidence in the contempt proceedings instituted against O. C. Beebe, cashier of the bank, and Attorneys At-torneys Ashby Snow and D. H. Thomas for alleged refusal to comply with the order, were heard yesterday by Judge Harold M. Stephens of the third district court. Both were taken under advisement. advise-ment. The order was made upon application of counsel for the West Cache Sugar company com-pany after a return to garnishment served upon the bank had shown Mr. Stohl to have a box leased in the vault. It constitutes part of supplemental proceedings pro-ceedings by which the company has undertaken un-dertaken to collect its judgment of $ir0,-850, $ir0,-850, given against J. A. .Hendrickson and Mr. Stohl. With regard to the judgment accorded the West Cache Sugar company against Mr. Hendrickson and Mr. Stohl for unlawful un-lawful profits of promotion, an order made by Judge Bramel, trial judge, allows the defendants until September 11 to file a bill of exceptions as a basis for appeal of the case to tho supreme court. |
