She spent many years serving in various callings. including Young Women’s President and Relief Society President. She served as a stake missionary in South Ogden. In 19941996 she served a CES mission in the beautiful islands of Western Samoa, along with her husband Daurel. She loved being a homemaker and doing things with and for her family. Her hobbies included piano, cooking, sewing, quilting, horseback ridding, teaching Hawaiian dance 7 her younger days,) and working in her ard. Carol and Daurel enjoyed visiting the homeland of her maternal grandparents in Italy. They also enjoyed visiting Hawaii, Israel, Finland, Soviet Union, Southwest Asia, and even Siberia. husband of Surviving are her Liberty; three sons, David L. (Penny) of Plain City; Dale E. (Janie) of Star Valley, Wyoming; Daurel H. Jr. (Deanne) of Liberty; one daughter, Julie Ann Vaatuitui (Toia) of Liberty. She is also survived by 19 grandchildren, and 13 great-grand children. Also surviving are two brothers, VernalD Poulson of Eden; Weston A. Poulson Jr. of Las Vegas, Nevada; and two sisters, Ramona Barker of North Ogden; Elaine Clausse of South Ogden; and her stepfather, Ernie Hale of Ogden. She was preceded in death by her parents and one brother, Virgil Poulson; one granddaughter, Shauna Lee Barnes. Funeral services were held Tuesday, May 16, 2006 at the North Fork LDS Ward in Liberty. Interment in the Liberty Cemetery, tah E-mail family at <larkin@csolutionsnet> Colleen Tauro Wright Coxey Colleen Coxey passed away Saturday, May 20, 2006 at the age of 78 following a long battle with Izheimer’ Disease. She was born June 29, 1927 in Ogden to Anton and Carrie Owens Tauro. She attended schools in Ogden and graduated from Ogden High School. Colleen Coxey lleen married Gilbert “Gibb” Wright on October 24, 1947. Their marriage produced seven children. They later divorced. She married LeRoy Coxey on August 5, 1967 and their marriage was re ie in the Logan LDS Temple in March of 1 She was a “member of ne Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saint Colleen’s hobbies included “doll collecting, camping, sewing, and traveling. She was also a very talented seamstress. She enjoyed taking many trips with LeRoy, especially on their motorcycle. She is survived by her loving husband, LeRoy, of Washington Terrace; her children, Greg Wright, Liberty; Karen Farr, Kauai, Hawaii; Robert Wright and Rodney (Kim) Wright, both of Green River, Wyoming; Kathy (Chris) Jensen, North Ogden; Gary Wright, Uintah; and 18 grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren. Preceding her in death were her parents, sister, and youngest daughter Kari Ann. The family extends thanks to the staff of Mountain View Health Services. Funeral services were held Thursday, May 26 at Lindquist’s Ogden Mortuary. Interment, Ogden City Cemetery.
