ORDINANCE NO. 7-71 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING AMEND-ING CIIAR'JEK 2, MOAB CITY CODE 1905. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MOAB, UTAH: THAT Article X. Planning Commission, Sec. 2 GO. Established; Es-tablished; composition of the Code of tile City of Moab, 19G5, be, and the same is hereby amended to read as follows: "Sec. 2-G0. Established; composition. com-position. There is established a planning commission, to be known as the "Moab City Planning Commission." The planning commission shall consist of five members. " THAT Article X Planning Commission, Sec. 2-C2. Term ol office and removal of members; filling of vacancies, vacan-cies, of the Code of the City of Moab, 19C5, be, and the same is, hereby amended to read as follows: "Sec. 2-C2. Terms of office and removal of members; tilling of vacancies. The terms of office of each member of the planning commission com-mission shall be Owe years. Vacancies occurring otherwise other-wise than through the expiration expira-tion of terms shall be filled by appointment by the mayor with the consent of the city council. Members may be removed after public hearing by a majority vote of the city council."
