Show Dean Atwood Elected On Wednesday To Lead Jaycee Organization For Coming Year Pleasant Grove Junior of Commerce Com-merce elected new officers for the coming year at their regular meeting meet-ing on Wednesday evening. Elected Elect-ed as president was Dean Atwood, prominent young business man of this city. Mr. Atwood has se.-ved for some time in the Jaycee organization or-ganization and has been active as a member and as secretary treasurer treas-urer for one year and as vice president pres-ident for one year. Other officers elected at the meeting were B Cobbley and Clifton Clift-on Wadley, vicepresidents, Buff Slaton and David Green as two-year two-year directors and LeRoy Smith and William Kirk as one year directors. The Jaycees spent the earlier part of the evening in discussing some projects which are now underway un-derway and in talking on the ad-visibility ad-visibility of taking on some new ones. The main project to be given giv-en consideration in the near future was the collection of the money for the new fire truck for the Pleasant Grove area. |
