Show PLEASANT VIEW FARMER DEAD James Emery Phillips Passes Away After Lingering Illness. James Emery Phillips, well known farmer and fruit grower of Pleasant View died at his farm home in that suburb Sunday after a long illness. Mr. Phillips was born May G. 1SGG in New Brunswick, Canada, coming to Utah, with his parents in 1S72. For many years Mr. Phillips lived in Provo, removing to his Pleasant Grove farm 10 years ago. He is survived by his widow, Mrs. Minnie Jensen -Phillips, two sons, Arthur and James, both of Pleasant Pleas-ant ATiev ; five daughters, Mrs. Virgie Eldns. of Pleasant View ; Mrs. Leila Edwards, yof Charleston; Hisses Pauline Etta and Susau Phillips, all of Pleasant View ; by two brothers, Mnthew and Heber, both of Provo and by four sisters, Mrs. Ettie Slerrctt, of Independence. Indepen-dence. Mo. ; Mrs. Alice Carlow, of Cleveland, Utah ; Mrs. Laura Jenkins Jen-kins and Mrs. Flora Richards, both of Malad, Idaho. |
