Show INQUEST JURY SAYS DEATH ACCIDENTAL No Evidence of Violence or Felonious Intent Found in Death of Bristol Couple. Charles L. Bristol and his wife. Doris G. Bristol, who were found dead Sunday evening in he basement base-ment rooms at o-O E. First North street, came to their death by asphyxiation, according to the verdict ver-dict of the coroners jury who made an inquest into the death. The jury also found no evidence of felonious intent or violence. The inquest was held before Judge George P. Parker of the Provo citv court, the inrors hninf of Mr. and Mrs. Bristol Saturday iii:tht and Sunday. Mrs. Davis testified that Mr. Bristol had always been devoted to his wife, almost to a point of jealousy. jeal-ousy. She said that he had tried in every way to look out for the welfare wel-fare aiid comfort of Mrs. Bristol and that he had been a kind and considerate son-in-law. The verdict of the jurors said that "Charles L. Bristol and Doris G. Bristol came to their death between be-tween I he hours of 1 o'clock p. m. anil 7 o'clock p. in., on March 10, 11121 by asphyxiation from gasscs arising from a burning gas heater and lack of ventilation. From the evidence we discover no felonious iulent or violence." A wire has been received by the Hatch Funeral Home from W. H. Bristol of Verselines. Vermont, fa I her of the dead man. asking that the body be -sent Thursday to that city for burial. Word is awaited from L. F. Davis, father of Mrs. Bristol, relative rela-tive lo the sending of her body to Grand Junction, Col. Jj. A. Culbertson, Alex Hedquist and Charles H. Wright and was conducted by County Attorney Martin Mar-tin M. Larson. The witnesses wore Mr. and Mrs. Melvin Fillmore, their 13-j'ear-old daughter, Irene; Sheriff J. D. Boyd, Deputy Otto Birk, County Physician L. C. Potter, Dr. J. C. Clark and Mrs. Susie Davis, momcr of Mrs. Bristol.
