Show IDAHO MASCOT MINES FINANCING IS ANNOUNCED BY CHARLES PETER announcing that he had completed a successful business trip to cleveland and chicago charles peter president and general manager of the idaho mascott consolidated mines returned to salt lake about the middle of the month after several weeks absence mr peters trip had to do with the financing of the idaho mascot and he stated on his return that he had been pledged enough money to complete the repurchase of the properties that were disposed of at receivers sale following the withdrawal and repudiation of contracts by some of the backers of the old company the funds made available through mr peters efforts on this last trip are sufficient he says to complete the repurchase of the mines meet all expenses since incurred and provide a working fund which it is confidently believed will place the properties in the list of producers on a substantial earning basis the moneys raised are to be provided over a specified period extending over several months but in such allowances that all obligations may be discharged as they mature at the present time according to manager peter work is progressing steadily at the mines the two main tunnel headings being advanced under contract reports from the property since mr peters return from the east are said to be of a most inspiring and satisfactory character if indications count for anything mr peter declares there will be mighty good news to report during the next month or two |
