Notice is hereby given hy Everett W. Wilson, trustee, in a certain deed of trust, wherein Juventa T. Beck is party of the first part, said Wilson is second party and J. Stearns Smith is the third party, or beneficiary, execu ted on the 23rd dav of February, A. D. 1894, and duly acknowledged, which was recorded in the office of the recorder re-corder of deeds of Utah county in the territory of Utah, at pageB 149, 150 and 151 of book 24 of trust dende, etc., whereby said Beck conveyed to said Smith, all the real estate hereinafter described, to secure the payment ot three certain promissory notes of even date therewith. One in the sum of $1,000 and two in the Rum of $100 each, executed by said Beck and the first note of $1,000 was delivered to said Smith by her, hearing interest at the rate of ten per cent, per annum, payable pay-able on the 1st days of July and January Janu-ary of each year, with interest coupons thereto attached, each bearing interest inter-est at the rate of 12 per cent, per annum an-num after due. And by. said deed and notes it was provided, that in case arv interest on said $1,000 note should be 'in default for thirty days after it should become due, the principal sum thereof should become immediately immedi-ately due.
