And then refers The Dispatch to the '-democratic, superintendent of city l schools which are not ao extensive as the county Echoola,"who devotes his entire en-tire time to superintending the city schools. The Dispatch said it "would be entirely unnecessary." Will the Enquirer sav in the flatter case it is necessary tor him to devote his entire time to the city schools? |
