Show NOTICE Finding of No Signi-ficant Signi-ficant Impact and Notice of Intent to Request Re-quest Release of Funds Davis County-Davis COG 34 East State Street Farmington, Utah 84025 451-3278 TO ALL INTERESTED IN-TERESTED AGENCIES, AGEN-CIES, GROUPS AND PERSONS; On or about April 23, 1987 the above county will request the Utah Division of Community Com-munity Development to release funds provided pro-vided under Title I of the Housina and Community Com-munity Development Act of 1974, as amended (PL 93-383) for the following project: pro-ject: Revolving Loan Fund Advanced Metal Finishing, Inc. Business ex-pansion ex-pansion for job creation. FINDING OF NO SIGNIFICANT IMPACT It has been determined deter-mined that such request re-quest for release of funds will not constitute consti-tute an action significantly signifi-cantly affecting the quality of the human environment and approve by DCD or (B) that the applicant's environmental en-vironmental review record re-cord for the project indicates in-dicates omission of a required decision, finding or step applicable applic-able to the project in the environmental review re-view process. Objections Objec-tions must be prepared and submitted in accordance with the required procedures (24 CFR 58) and may be addressed to: CDBG Program, Division Divi-sion of Community Development, 6233 State Office Building, Salt Lake City, Utah 84114. Objections to the release re-lease of funds on bases other than those stated above will not be considered cons-idered by the Division of Community Development. De-velopment. The reasons for such decision not to prepare such Statement are as follows: An environmental assessment has been performed in compliance, com-pliance, 24 CFR 58, potential impacts and appropriate mitigation measures have been identified and it has been determined that there will be no significant signifi-cant impact. An environmental Review Record documenting review of all project acitivities in respect to impacts on the environment has been made by the above-named county. This Environmental Review Record is on file at the above address and is available avail-able for public examination exami-nation and copying upon request between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. No further environmental environ-mental review of such project is proposed to be conducted prior to the request for release of CDBG project funds. PUBLIC COMMENTS ON FINDINGS All interested agencies, agen-cies, groups and persons per-sons disagreeing with this decision are invited in-vited to submit written comments for consideration con-sideration by the County to the Davis County Planning Department De-partment on or before May 1, 1987. All such comments so received will be considered and the County will not request re-quest release of funds or take any administrative administra-tive action on the project pro-ject prior to the date specified in the preceding preced-ing sentence. RELEASE OF FUNDS Davis County-Davis COG will undertake the project described above with CDBG funds provided by the Utah Division of Community Com-munity Development (DCD) under Title I of the Housing and Community Com-munity Development Act of 1974, as amended.
