Show NOTICE OF INTENT TO REZONE Notice is hereby given that a Public Meeting will be held on Tuesday, May 5, 1987, at 7: 15 p.m. at the Centerville Cen-terville City Council Chambers, 521 North 400 West, Centerville, Utah. The purpose of the hearing is to give consideration con-sideration to change the following described de-scribed property from A-l to C-2: Beginning 55.237 feet South, more or less, of the North line of grantors land at a point which is South 55.237 feet, more or less, South from the Northwest corner of the south 12 of Lot 1, Block 1, Plat Big Creek, Centerville Township Town-ship Survey; Said point being North 175 feet from the North Line of Par-rish Par-rish Lane & running thence South 175 feet to a point 50 feet north of the center line of said street; thence west 175 feet along the north line of said street & 50 feet north of the center line north thereof to the southeast corner cor-ner of property conveyed con-veyed in 726-677; thence north 175 feet; thence north 89"50,20" east 175 feet to the point of beginning. - Contains 0.70 acres - Said property is located lo-cated on the northwest corner of 400 North and 400 West, Centerville, Center-ville, Utah and is owned own-ed by David K.
