Show I The Olympic Club. At a meeting of the members of the Olympic Club held last evening, measures meas-ures were taken toward a re-organization and a committee appointed to report to the Club next Monday evening, at which time those interested are requested re-quested to be present. Capable athletic teachers ..have been secured, and next Monday eveninsr at ft nVWlr tha first classes will be formed and instruction instruc-tion commenced. The idea of a general club room with the necessary enjoyments such as billiard tables, chess, checkers, etc., seemed to meet with the heartv approval of all present last night, and with these added to the facilities for physical pleasure which the gymnasium already affords, the Olvmpic Club should soon be a very popular institution among the young men of Salt Lake. |
