lardmo suino and neutral neu-tral all lard extracts and tallow extracts and all mixtures and compounds of tallow beef fat suet lard lard oil vegetable oil anuotto and other coloring I matter follow-ing special tax on wholesale and retail dealers Manufacturers of oleomargarine shall pay MX Every person who manufactures oleomargarine for sale shall bo deemed a manufacturer of oleomargarine Wholesale dealers in oleomargarine shall pay J1SO Every person who sells or offers for sale oleomargarine in I the original manufacturers manu-facturers pickagcs shall bo deemed a wholesale whole-sale dealer in oleomargarine Hut any manufacturer of oleomargarine who has given the required bond and paid the required re-quired lt special tax and who sclta only oleomargarine I oleo-margarine of his own production at the place of manufacture in the original packages pack-ages to which tho taxpaid l stamps lire allixtd l shall not bo required to pay thu special tax of a wholesale dealer in oleomargarine on account of such sale Retail dealers in olcomnre irino shall pay 018 livery person who oleomargarine m less quantities than ten pounds at onetime one-time shall be regarded as a retail
