Goodrich, whose post office address is Salt Iake City, Utah, has made application ap-plication in accordance with the requirements re-quirements of the Compiled Laws of Utah, 1917, as amended by th Session Ses-sion Lwa of Utah, 11919 and 1935 to appropriate 3 c. f. s. of water from Gray Spring In Harney Adams Canyon, Cany-on, West Mountain Mining District In Salt Lake Conty, Utah. Said water is to be diverted at the point of isu-I isu-I ance of the spring which bean S. I 56 13' E. 11G9 ft. from the N4 cor. of Sec. 1, T. 3 S., R. 3 W. S.L.B. & M. and conveyed by means of a pipe line at a distance of 20,900 ft. and there ued during the entire year at the unincorporad Town of Copper-ton, Copper-ton, Salt Lake County, for domestic and municipal purposes. This application Is designated In the State Engineer's Office as File No. 10260. All protests against the granting of said application, stating the reasons rea-sons therefor, must be by affidavit in duplicate, accompanied win a fee of ?100, and filed in his office within with-in thirty (30) days after the completion comple-tion of the publication of this notice.
