Goodrleh, whose post office address is Salt Lake City, Utah, has made application ap-plication in accordance with the requirements re-quirements of the CoanpMeU Laws of Utah, 1917, as amended by the Session Ses-sion Law of Utah, 11919 and 1926 to appropriate 3 c. f. s. of water from Gray Spring In Barney Adams Canyon, Cany-on, West Mountain Mining District in Salt Lake County, Utah. Said water is to be diverted at the point of issu-j issu-j ance of the spring which bears S. 513' E. 1169 ft. frora the N4 cor. of Sec. 1. T. 3 S., R. 3 W.t S.L.B. & M. aad conveyed by means' of a pipe line at a distance of 20,000 ft. and there used daring the ntire year at the unincorporated Town of Copper-ton, Copper-ton, Salt Lake County, for domestic and municipal purposes. This application is designated in the State Engineer's Office as File No. 102160. All protests against the granting of said application, stating the reasons rea-sons therefor, must be by affidavit in duplicate, accompanied wih a fee of $1.00, and filed in "his offiOe within with-in thirty (30) days after the completion comple-tion of the publication of this notice.
