Show Pepsi-NBA Hotshot competition set The Pepsi-NBA Hotshot skills competition is coming to Kaysvil-le. Kaysvil-le. The competition, which is being made possible through the sponsorship spon-sorship of the Pepsi-Cola Bottling Company of Ogden in conjunction with the Kaysville City Recreation Department, will be held at the Davis High School Field House on Jan. 10, 1987 at 5 p.m. This competition is open to Kaysville and Fruit Heights boys and girls ages 9-18, the Pepsi-NBA Hotshot competition tests youngsters youngs-ters speed, dribbling, shooting, and rebound abilities. There are six age categories for competition: Boys 9-12, 13-15, 16-18; Girls 9-12, 13-13, and 16-18. The winner in each of the six categories of the Kaysville round will advance to compete against other local winners for the Kaysville Kays-ville City Recreation championship. champion-ship. One winner from each of the six categories will advance to an area play-off to be held at Westminster West-minster College on Saturday, Jan. 17. The six winners of that round will play-off during half-time of a Jazz game and the winner will receive re-ceive an expense paid trip to the National Championships to represent repre-sent the Midwest Division in competition com-petition against the winners of the 22 other NBA cities.
