| Show To The Editor How about the new improved flat topped water hole at center court on campus No really what do you think of its intrinsic value And what can be said about Mr Fountains Fountain's s architectural design and craftsmanship I for one am not too impressed with the overflowing glass cubical Maybe Mr Fountain had some problems but a tall geometric design looks a lot more impressive than an altered afterthought While looking out the window inthe in inthe inthe the upper level of the library a few weeks ago I noticed how quickly the glass men came and cut the tall pieces down It was the slickest fountain lobotomy a person can imagine In a matter of moments Mr Fountain was all but gone The new old fountain has its good points During Western Week I l watched a bands band's mascot walk over over and get a refreshing drink on water cube He looked very intelligent for a dogIn dog In closing I have one more bit of fountain news The old fountain will willbe willbe willbe be back in its entirety and magnificent overflowing splendor but the exact date of the return of Mr Fountain is unknown to this reporter Apparently the old fountain developed a case of seam failure That means the adhesive between the glass sheets wasn't functioning properly Engineers will investigate the cause of the failure |
