S Carolina st stated d that the starvation panic in America was sociologically originated to aid in In keeping those who abuse the state an and federal programs t that at help th the needy o on those programs and not a productive part o of the American w working class lass With the reports that hunger didn't exist in In any problematic form in In the USA U.S.A. social groups became weary The same statesmen that would not have recognized Martin Luther King KingJr Jr are contending that hunger has been dealt with as well as eliminated Government cutbacks in welfare food stamp programs and many other social programs have also cut back some some som senior citizens' citizens benefits by penalizing the elderly for seeking outside work or by giving them token increases in their benefits disqualifying them from other aid programs These same senior citizens that were once taxpayers for twenty or thirty years are now stuck in a catch 22 situation The starvation in America is very real Retired people in some American city big-city neighborhoods are literally starving to death These retired taxpayers ers are being expected to live on an average of to per month from social security a program they paid tens of thousands of dollars into during Americas America's heyday in industry Many times thi this amount they receive is less than a month Seldom but these people have small increases given to them or obtain a few dollars here and there to help out only to find the increases disqualifies them from a certain amount of other AFter rent utilities and other necessities this doesn't leave much to eat off of Many times in fact underprivileged persons in America are penalized for obtaining small amounts of time part-time work or some other kind of help The choice these people have is simple to perish from hunger or freeze to death ordie or ordie die of exposure Social groups like the ACL ACLU U.
