REBUS ROTA CLUB high school principal shurtliff was the guest speaker thursday afternoon at the rebus rota literary club meeting held in the clyn young home he laid great stress on education for the masses in a democratic mo cratic form of government he emphasized the imp importance i of protect protecting i rig freedom of speech freedom of press and freedom of worship of understanding and working for all the freedoms guaranteed to the individual through our constitution in the bill of rights and the four freedoms as expressed by the late franklin delano roosevelt at the close of the business session the hostess mrs D B perkins and her daughter mrs clynn young served refreshments the next meeting will be held at the frank halls home at 2 p in this hour will hold all during the winter months
