HIGH COURAGE in most foreign countries a long period of great depression leads to disorders of a serious nature sometimes times go governments vern ments are overthrown the heartened disheartened dis and impatient people get out of control and go hog wild but the people of this country are more farseeing far seeing they are deep thinkers thinker s they are possessed of greater initiative they realize the folly of destroying that upon which we must depend for future sustenance nevertheless the patience with which the american people have suffered while awaiting the turn of the economic tide and that without disorders has called foil foi spartan courage of the highest type and no small amount of it is to be found right here in san juan among our own people 1
