Show Scribes Advise Good Treatment For Sammies A committee in Scribe was asked ask-ed by a young man to print a few rules for girls to follow when out on a date. Tomorrow night may be a good time for all girls to put these into practice. 1. Don't talk or laugh noisily, indoors or out. Fellows hate being be-ing made conspicuous. 2. Don't ask inquisitive questions ques-tions about what really isn't ,your business. Confine yourself to comfortable questions that don't embarrass them or put them on the spot or make them self-conscious 3. Don't hesitate to wear blue if they said they like blue. Being contrary doesn't make you provocative. provo-cative. 4. If you have a good time when you go out, by all means say so. 5. Be punctual and insist on1 the fellows being the same. It ia( rude to impose on friends by assuming as-suming that your time is more important im-portant than theirs. 6. Don't be sharp, catty, sarcastic, sar-castic, or even continually funny. A fellow enjoys humor, but not as a steady diet. 7. Most fellows prefer nails trat don't remind them of Draculla, so when dark crimson is fashionable fashion-able and others wear them claw-length, claw-length, don't go to extremes if you are interested in pleasing. |
