Show Humming Cottonwood - Greenfield Village Mr. and Mrs. Gordon Merrill of (iS76 Village Road returned the 14th of July from a two weeks was spent in Vancouver B. C. Canada at the home of Mr. and Mrs. A. Chipenow, the parents of Mrs. Merrill. They also toured other parts of Canada and Washington. Wash-ington. We are glad to hear that John Whitlock, 12 year old son of Midge Whitlock, 6833 Village Rd., is recovering from serious leg infections. in-fections. He has been in the Holy Cross Hospital for treatment, but came home Saturday. Get well fast John! Mr. and Mrs. Wayne Carter of 1982 Westwood Way enjoyed a thrilling experience with the tabernacle tab-ernacle choir when they went to Denver last week end. Mr. Carter Cart-er is a member of the choir and in attendance at all four concerts given at Red Rocks Amphitheater in Denver, Colorado. Mr. and Mrs. Max Tyler and family, 6T07 Village Road, will visit relatives in Idaho then go on to Oregon. Mr. and Mrs. Stanley B. Bon-ham Bon-ham of 6870 Greenfield Way gave a party in honor of Mr. and Mrs. Douglas Smith and their three children, Christie,. Stephen and Jill. Mrs. Smith is Mr. Bonham's sister from Idaho Falls. The Dick Oakden's of Village Green Road are packing and busily bus-ily preparing to move to Beaver. Mr. Oakden is taking over the management of a service station in Beaver, he left the 16th of July but Mrs. Oakden will remain here until their home is sold. With Dr. Russell Jones are his wife and 7 children, all heading for Salem, Oregon in their station wagon. They should have a delightful de-lightful time visiting Grandma and Grandpa, who are Mrs. Jones parents. Dr. Jones a pathologist is teaching at the University of Utah. They reside at 1960 Meadow Mea-dow Drive. Looking forward to a wonderful wonder-ful weekend of fishing and just plain relaxing in West Yellowstone Yellow-stone are Mr. and Mrs. Bob Johnson John-son of 6809 Greenfield Way. They play to get in some Western Dancing Danc-ing in the evenings. Mrs. Howard Walker, 6705 Village Vil-lage Road, and five children are going to spend the week-end with her parents in Vernal. |
