Highlighted are suits and jump- i ers with clan plaids, flannels and man tailored shirts and cashmere sweaters. Many of these different fabrics are traveling back to college col-lege with the fashion conscious girl this fall, and one of these most popular is the short skirts, Herringbone Her-ringbone tweed, Bermuda length, with matching waist length jacket. And high stepping school gals will be marching off with gay socks matching the color of their sweaters. Classic slip on and cardigan sweaters lead the sweater brigade. Cottons, which have taken a glamoruus and popular place in miladys wardrobe, are featured in blouses, varied in style and colors, and fall textured. Accessory selections displayed show a concerted effort to complete com-plete the campus-classroom and tea-datetime costumes sought by young early fall shoppers. Some groups of accessories center cen-ter around long-sleeved multicolored multi-colored striped blouses. Greens, rusts and tawny tones are most prominent in belts, shoes, hats and handbags.
