Show PASTIES HONOR BRIDE-TO-BE Miss Patti Coles, attractive bride-to-be of Robert Slater Jr., has been the recipient at many showers and parties prior to her wedding planned for Sept. 14. Last week Miss Dianne Nuttall, Miss Harlene Wiggington and Miss Carol Cassell entertained for her at the parental Nuttall home, 1273 Kensington Ave. Honoring Miss Coles were Coleen Maluof, Janet Andrews, Jeanne Gough, Janeene Anderson, Carolyn Bennion, Ann Thomas, Cathy Samuelson, Joyce Fox, Mrs. Armond B. Coles and Mrs. Robert Slater Sr., mothers of the bride and groom. Saturday evening Mrs. Robert Holmes entertained Miss Coles at her mother's home, Mrs. Glen Holland Hol-land on Phyldin Drive. Present were Miss Helen Wag-staff, Wag-staff, Miss Nancy Ivins, Miss Joyce Fox, bridesmaids; Miss Diane Nut-tal, Nut-tal, Miss Harlene Wiggington, Miss Claudia B 1 o d g e 1 1, Mrs. Peggy Priest, Mrs. Milton Day, Mrs. Car-mond Car-mond Ferrin, Mrs. Doug Shelfon, Mrs. Slater Sr., and Mrs. Coles. Earlier in the week Miss Coles attended the graduation exercises and formal dance as the guest of her fiance at the Hamilton air base near San Francisco. Sponsors of the affair as well as a gala brunch at the field were members of the Arnold Air Society. Miss Coles is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Armond B. Coles, 1780 South 11th East. The groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Robert Slater Sr. |
