Show Economist Joins First Security Banking Organization ports have been published. Among publications now in process or recently re-cently completed are: "Utah's Dr. EIRoy Nelson, for the past six years director of the Bureau of Economics and Business Research Re-search of the University of Utah and well known throughout the west for work affecting industrial development, will become a vice president and devote his full time to the First Security banking organization or-ganization eifective January 1. He received his M.B.A. and Ph.D. degrees from New York University and also did graduate work at Rutgers University. Uni-versity. Dr. Nelson has been employed by the U. S. Department of Commerce, Com-merce, National Resources Planning Plan-ning Board, as well as by Moody's Investor Service in obtaining his broad economic background.
