SALT LAKE CITY, a municipal corporation of the State of Utah, Plaintiff, vs. ROELOF and DINA STEENBLIK, JACK & VIOLA J. DEPP, SALT LAKE COUNTY DRAINAGE DISTRICT NO. 2, ROBERT L. SHREWSBURY, CARL DE-LANG, DE-LANG, HARRIET L. G. CHALMERS, CHAL-MERS, LIZZIE ARMSTRONG, JUSTIN L. KEMPLANE, DAN K. & E. ROY BAKER, JESSIE C. TOOMEY, JOSEPH D. PET-TIT, PET-TIT, ANGUS R. THE STATE OF UTAH TO THE ABOVE NAMED DEFENDANTS: DEFEN-DANTS: You are hereby summoned and required to serve upon CHRISTEN-SEN, CHRISTEN-SEN, HOLMGREN & HUNT, attorneys at-torneys for plaintiff, whose address ad-dress is 414 City & County Bldg., Salt Lake City, Utah, an answer to the complaint within 20 days after service of this summons upon you. If you fail so to do, judgment by default will be taken against you for the relief demanded in said complaint which has been filed with the clerk of said court, and a copy of which is hereto annexed and herewith served upon you. This is an action by Salt Lake City, a municipal corporation, to condemn the property, a list of the descriptions of which and the names of the owners of record of which is attached hereto marked Exhibit A, for public use, to-wit, for the establishment thereon by Salt Lake City of a sewage pumping pump-ing and treatment plant, to have the court ascertain and assess the value of said land, and for a judgment judg-ment decreeing that upon payment by plaintiff of the price so assessed, as-sessed, plaintiff be adjudged to own said land in fee simple, and for an order of the above named court the motion therefor to be heard July 13, 1953, in accordance with the notice attached hereto, permitting plaintiff to occupy the said premises pending the outcome of this action and to do such work thereon as may be required for the purposes for whic said land is sought to be condemned and for such other relief as the court may deem appropriate.
