Show NOTICE OF ANNUAL MEETING THE UTAH STATE NURSES ASSOCIATION TO MEMBERS OF THE UTAH STATE NURSES ASSOCIATION: The annual meeting of the Association Asso-ciation will be held at the Hotel Utah, Salt Lake City, Utah, on October 15, 16 and 17, 1953, beginning be-ginning at 8:30 a. m. on each of said days. The meeting will be held for the purpose of transacting business pertaining to the Association and also to consider and act upon proposed pro-posed amendments to the By-laws and upon a Resolution proposing to amend the Articles of Incorporation Incorpor-ation in the following particulars: a. to define the objects and purposes of the association; b. to provide the manner of electing officers and directors and to define their terms of office; c. to provide for the bonding of the Treasurer; d. to authorize the Board of Directors to establish branch offices; of-fices; and e. to provide the manner of amending the Articles of Incorporation.
