Show S. II. ACCORDION RECITAL BEFORE 300 The Sugar House Accordion school presented a spring recital Thursday at the Monte Vista ward. The program included LaGolon-drina, LaGolon-drina, by the band; Glow Worm, Judy Buntjer; Gallop from Orpheus, Or-pheus, band; Tarditional Medley, by Johnny Butler, Steven Cottam, Eddie Ross and John Weaver; El Rancho Grande, Judy Norton; Le Printemps, band; Silk Umbrella, Judy Richardson; March of (he Penguins, Terry Hoopes; Carry Me Back to Old Virginny, band; Gay Ranchero, Linda Myers, Marianne Ostler, Carol Nelson; Tea for Two, Eugene Mickelsen; LaCucaracha, band: Dark Eyes, Perry Gygi, Judy Norton, John Cederlof, Jackie Coombs, Judy Buntjer; Oh Happy Day, band; Marine's Hymn, Bruce Lloyd; Parade of the Wooden Soldiers, Caroline Bowden; selection selec-tion from II Trovatore, band; Indian Love Call, Perry Gygi; Jolly Caballero, Jackie Coombs; March of the Champions, band. ; Special numbers were trombone and trumpet solos by members of Arnold Burgener's Sugar House chamber of commerce band and accompanist was Mrs. Bill Salisbury. Sal-isbury. Bill Salisbury was director and John Cederlof was assistant director. di-rector. Instructors were LaMar Fox and Ethel Stewart. About 300 attended. |
