Show JUNIOR BALL BENEFIT SET American Legion Sugar House Post 65 is sponsoring a junior baseball base-ball benefit Monday, April 27 at 8 p. m. in the new recreation center at 4th East and 7th South. The program will include a TV jamboree with the following entertainers: en-tertainers: Bill Post and Dottie Brown, Mickey Dowd, Laurel Berg and Doris Hardy, Dean Buchanan, Afton Pitt, Terrell Francis, Darlene Chidester, Jerry Ferrin and Alden Richards. Accordion Band Progressive Progres-sive school will provide the music. The show will be televised on KSL and KDYL and L. M. Francis, adj.; is in charge of publicity. S. C. (Clay) Mills, athletic director di-rector of the post for th epast eight years, and Grant (Spider) Woodward is coach of the two Sugar House teams of South high boys. The teams have been champs for three years in row ,1950-51-52. |
