Show Lila Folker Wed Stanley Peterson in Home Rites United in marriage Wednesday, Wednes-day, May 18, in a Salt Lake Temple ceremony were Miss Lila Folker, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. A. D. Folker and Stanley Peterson Peter-son of Mrs. Gladys Peterson and the late Emil Peterson. Following the ceremony at the home of the bridegroom's aunt, Mrs. Flowers, a wedding breakfast break-fast feted the couple. That evening a reception was held in their honor at the Winder Win-der Ward chapel. For the occasion occa-sion the bride chose a gown of white silk chiffon trimmed in shadow lace. Attending the bride as matron of honor was her sister, Mrs. Hewitt Whiting. Bridesmaids were the bride's three cousins, Miss Betty Midg-ley, Midg-ley, Miss Dorothy Abbott, and Miss Mary Osguthorpe. Little Carolyn Nance and Faylynn Wagstaff were flower girls. Emil Peterson was best man for his brother. After a coast honeymoon, the couple will make a home in Salt Lake. |
