Show Out East Mill Creek Way Never a Dull Moment for EMCers As They Take Off On Vacations Trips, trips, trips. I don't know what East Mill Creekers would do if gas were suddenly rationed again after looking at the list of our wanderers. Fishing and relaxation seems to be the most popular reason for packing the little suitcase and headin' for the hills. But can you blame them with this ninety-ish degree weather lurking around And besides, what's better than a fresh fish dinner? Mr. and Mrs. Bud Johnson, 3362 Oakwood Ave., and Mr. and Mrs. Lorenzo Irvine, Jr., 3214 South 23rd East enjoyed a full week at Fish Lake. And did they catch fish! So four o'clock found Patsy in the operating oper-ating room and just in time to make it safe. At the present she is feeling much better recuperating recuper-ating in a Salt Lake hospital so it's bad she's ill, but good it wasn't any worse. Continued on Page 8 the beautiful Samarkand Hotel, Ho-tel, stopped at Reno on the way home, and arrived here around July 10. At the present time Frank is waiting orders to go back in the Navy (just returned from special training m Philadelphia) Phila-delphia) for a year or two. 1 . S. Nay-Ior, Nay-Ior, 3384 Oakwood Ave., were hosts again, and ti is tiiae to some former East Mill Croektrs Mr. and Mrs. Lawrence Davis. The couple, and their family, drove up irom Davis Dam, Ariz., for a lew days' visit with the Naylors. Then the Naylcrs hopped int their cai with children chil-dren Joan and Gerald and went on a trip themselves to Jackson Jack-son Hole, Wyo., for a week of dings which we won't mention men-tion now. Fun iy how things can be both bad and good at the same time but they certainly turned out that way for Miss Palsy Strong, daughter of Mr. ana Mrs. L. H.
