Show SOUTHEAST BOWLING NEWS In the last week's Southeast league at the Southeast, Barnett and Weiss took 4 points to stay at the top of the league, but Dee s Hamburger in a tough fight with Camera Center had 2765 for high series, conceding to their opponents oppon-ents high game of 854, and a split in points. Ed Marlain of Camera Centre had S09 for high individual series, and Dave Chipman rolled a 236 for Dee's. Palace Laundry, Palace Market and Motor Merc each won 4 m the Independent league last week The Laundry was high series 2743 while the Market took high game with 993. Less Stewart and Paul Kunze each rolled a 621 series Paul's 233 was high single game. Irene Marker made the headlines head-lines of the ladies Forest league last week when she broke the season's records with her steaming steam-ing 225 game in a series. Her team rolled along with her to break team series and game records rec-ords with 2317 and 861 for Elm. Mecca Bar had 2773 for high-series high-series in the Southeast league, and Holsum rolled 947 for high game. Among individuals Clyde Gooderham was high with a DD9 series, and Sid Neslen had a 223 game. The Lumbermen's league is setting a hot pace these days with 21 games over 200 being recorded re-corded last Friday. The league leaders, M. & M. Her games were 173, 202 and 208. Led' by Nancy, Fashion had 2224 for high series and a 779 high series and a 779 high game. In the Sugarhouse Major league this week, Carl Henatsch rolled his first 600, reaching a 619 series ser-ies including a 238 and is Carl set up! Jack Donnelly and Larry Shriver each garnered 616.
