Show Miss Helen Plowgian Weds K. J. Hansen In one of the season's most beautifully appointed weddings, Helen Plowgian became the wife of Kenneth J. Hansen last Friday in the Garden Park ward. Walking slowly down the long hall the matrons of honor and bridesmaids in striking gowns of grey crepe with black and white print, carrying over their arms on a satin ribbon a heart shaped bouquet of carnations, carna-tions, led the wedding procession proces-sion escorted by ushers. Flower Flow-er girls, tiny Kathie and Barbara Bar-bara Smith walked directly in front of the lovely brunette bride. She approached the flower flow-er decked hall on the arm of her father, Aram Plowgian, to stand before her uncle, George Z. Aposhian, to recite her wedding vows. Helen's gown was of beautiful beauti-ful white satin, embroidered with seed pearls and her lovely veil fell from a coronet of seed pearls. She carried a lovely orchid nested in a bouquet of white roses. Mrs. Aram Plowgian wore a lovely gown of blue crepe and Mrs. Louis J. Hansen, mother of the groom, wore grey crepe. Both wore lovely corsages of pink carnations centered with an orchid. The happy young couple are honeymooning in Grand Canyon Can-yon and after the next week they will be at home to their friends in Salt Lake. |
