Show Men' Clothing Store Sets i Grand Opening; To Feature Leading Brands V Another milestone in Sugar House progress will be written next week when Bingham's Men's Wear opens it's doors to the public, the beautiful new men's clothing store is located at 2042 South 11th East and will have its grand opening on Thursday between be-tween the hours of two and ten p.m. The new store is a venture of A, E. Bingham and has eons, Lloyd E. and Kenneth D. Bingham. The firm will operate as a partnership with A. E. Bingham and Lloyd E. Bingham actively pnffacpH in the management of the store until the return of Kenneth D. Bingham from service ser-vice with the Navy. The latter plans to join the staff next summer sum-mer and is home on leave for the grand opening of the store. The spacious store will carry Eagle Brand suits, Van Heusen shirts, Stetson Hats, Batamac Jackets, Munsingwear underwear, under-wear, Freeman shoes, Esquire hose, La Joya slacks, Stratavare Sport shirts, as well as a complete com-plete line of accessories. The new store is beautifully decorated in acquarium green, chartreuse, and bronze. The wall and show cases are all in blond finished oak. The decision to locate their new shop in Sugar House climaxed cli-maxed an intensive two-year search in the intermountain area for a suitable location, according ac-cording to Lloyd E. Bingham. The addition of another men's shop to the business district of Sugar House should greatly increase in-crease the number of male shoppers shop-pers here, according to Mr jomgnam. , The elder Bingham was in the furniture and hardware business1 in Evanston, Wyoming for 19' years prior to moving to Sugar-House. Sugar-House. Lloyd E. has been in business in Pocatello, Idaho since he was discharged after serving five years in the Air Force. Kenneth has been in the Navy for three years and is looking forward to returning to assist at the store next summer, when his enlistment expires. The store will be open for business on Friday but no merchandise mer-chandise will be sold during the observance on Thursday. |
