Show Club Heads Meet To Form By-Laws Of SE Association Three representatives each from eight southeast civic organizations organ-izations will meet Wednesday, 730 p.m., July 9, at the home ofj John C. Barrtes, 1400 Yale Ave., to give final approval to the articles ar-ticles of incorporation of the "Associated Clubs of Southeast Salt Lake," it was announced Wednesday by Norman G. Berndt, group chairman. Following approval of the articles ar-ticles by the committee of 24 representatives, the article will be registered with the secretary of state. By-laws for the new association as-sociation are also being drawn up, Mr. Berndt announced, and will be presented, with the articles ar-ticles of incorporation, to the members of each of the eight member clubs in their July and August meetings for final ratification. rati-fication. Primary purpose of the organization, or-ganization, according to Mr. Berndt, is to improve the southeast south-east area, and cope with the problems of extensive population popula-tion growth. |
