Show Utah Council of Defense Civilian Defense leaders of Salt Lake County Council of Defense together with 100 others from, sections of the state will outline their 1943 program of cooperation in all phases of the war effort at a state session to be held in Salt Lake City March 13th and 14th Gus P. Programs to be dicussed will include gas protection, blackouts, first aid, rescue demolition, and protection against sabotage in the Protective Section; and nutrition, child welfare, recreation, consumes consum-es intrests, bonds and stamps, i salvage, rationing, victory gardens in the War Service Sections.
