Show Young Writer Wins Short Story Contest the Fairmont Boys and Girls Club, and is the club's Bulletin correspondent. He has been writing for the past two yeors. During the Christmas holidays he has been employed at Pehr-son Pehr-son Hardware Company. He is a member of the staff of Sribe. For his entry he was awarded a certificate of merit, signed by Sribe editor, Nick Kepros and Mr. Edward W. Parker, sponsor. Lelanfl Gentry, 16, son of Mr. and Mrs. Leland H. Gentry, 2116 South 9th East, this week was announced the winner in South High's annual's Christmas Literary Lit-erary Contest, short story division. di-vision. Mr. Gentry's winning article was entitled "Time Out For Christmas." Second Time This is the second time Leland Gentry has placed high in the contest sponsored by Scribe, the school paper.
