Davis member, members of the Sugar House Rotary Club membership committee are a busy thia week going over the possible members from among business and professional pro-fessional men in Sugar House, according to Carl Brown, president. pres-ident. Explaination of the Tom Davis "member Mr. Brown said, is that at ' a recent meeting. Thomas Davis, president of Rotary International Inter-national , deplored ,the shrinking world, and urged that every Rotary Ro-tary club endeavor to increase its membership to the fullest extent ex-tent in order that the countries still living in Democracy would have a binding tie. The Very Rev. Frank A. Rhea, D D., governor of the 110 dis- tnct, of which the Sugar House' club is a member, conceived the idea that during the next three weeks each club should instate a new member, to be known as the Tom Davis member. The thirty clubs in the district adding thirty new members, Mr. Brown said, would be a good plan for districts dis-tricts to follow and the plan would likely carry into many other oth-er clubs.
