Ruth Tolman is also Director of the Miss Universe Con-test for the' States of Utah, Idaho, and Montana and will present the 1959 Utah winner. H. (ivanis On Tuesday, July 7th, at Har-man- 's Cafe, the regular meeting of Sugar House Kiwanis Club was held. Vernon W. Mackay was the featured speaker. This was a most important occasion as awards for perfect attendance were presented to those members who qualified. As 60 attendance is mandatory at the luncheon meetings, many were in the 100 bracket. Mr. Mackay, president of the Sugar House Kiwanis Club in 1957, was among those receiving the 100 perfect attendance award for six years. Others were: Wm. G. Fletcher, Dr. J. Emery Frank Norman O. Jensen, G. Clifforc Juhlin, Geo. T. Kingdon, Mariow Peacock, Jack Riley, and Joe Se-he- e. Those who had no absences for five years were: Dr. Max D. Davis, Paul G. Hedges, and S.
