King Named To Plan Utah Picnic The Utah Society in Washington has appointed Frank Mensel, legislative leg-islative assistant to Rep. David S. King (D-Utah), general chairman of its annual Pioneer Day picnic. Mr. Mensel has scheduled the picnic, a part of Utah's July 24 tradition, for July 25 at Barcroft Park, Virginia.
