Saved from oblivion are costumes handcartsf wagons, and other relics which are often displayed dis-played to thousands along the - route and at other times at the 1'ionccr Villago in Sugar House. This section of the 24th of July day parade has proved to be a hit every time. v It takes quite an imagination to transport ourselves, even in our minds eye, back to the times when what you see here were the common com-mon things of the day. But such was the case and it points up the fact that work and cooperation will accomplish anything. There Is nothing quite so wonderful as manpower dedicated to a worthy cause. |
