Show Cummings Ward Elders Quorum Announces Project By.Nedra Nielsen How would you fare for food tomorrow to-morrow if all the stores were closed when you awakened? Could you last a week or even a day if you couldn't make that convenient stop at the neighborhood grocery? In a national disaster (or even a local one), the cessation of our complicated compli-cated network of truck transportation transporta-tion would mean that local grocers would be entirely out of food supplies sup-plies in a period of three days. The leaders of the LDS Church have exhorted us to store enough food for our families to last for a two year period, and the Cummings Cum-mings Ward Elders' Quorum, have, with the cooperation of the PERMA-PAK Food Distributors, set up a plan for the purchase and storing of an adequate amount for your family. Purchasing will be done in "installments." For any information, please contact Mr. Darrell Reynolds, IN 7-6339; Ralph Henri, HU 4-7976; or Ollie Nelson, IN 6-5943, the Elder's Quorum Presidency. |
