'C 'K. - rv - - jot 1 cup Beet Sugar lYi cups finely rolled graham gra-ham crackers (12 single sin-gle crackers) M cup coarsely chopped walnut meats 3 eggs 1 cup whipping cream Combine Beet Sugar,-cracker Sugar,-cracker crumbs, and nut meats in a bowl. Beat eggs until thick and lemon-colored. lemon-colored. Add to dry ingredients, stirring until well-blended. Bake in 9-inch pie pan in a moderate oven (350 F.) 25 minutes or until done. Cool in the pan. Just prior to serving, whip cream, flavor to your taste with Beet Sugar and vanilla extract; spread over baked surface. Decorate each wedge. Serves 6.
