Show Women Organize To Promote College Project The women's Division of the Westminster College Development Develop-ment Program was organized at a kickoff meeting at the college this week with more than 125 women enlisted in the campaign. The initial meeting was under the direction of Mrs. C. II. Hardin Branch, division chairman. chair-man. Assisting Mrs. Branch to direct the drive will be Mrs. J. G. Smith, Mrs. Stewart M. Hanson, Mrs. Robert J. Clinton, Mrs. II. M. Jackson, Mrs. James T. Carter, Mrs. J. F. Waldo, Mrs. Bartlett Wicks, Mrs. William T. Ralph, Mrs. Dooley P. Wheeler Jr., Mrs. A. W. Finger, Mrs. George A. Peck and Mrs. William G. Cutler. The Westminster College Development De-velopment Program seeks to raise $S00,O00 the first three years of a ten year $3,000,000 campaign. The women's organization will meet Friday at 10:30 a.m. in Gunton Memorial Chapel in the college's Converse Hall to make plans for the project. |
