Show NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE The following described property will be sold at public auction to the highest bidder on the 12th day of February, 1988 at 11:00 A.M. at the North front door of the Davis County Courthouse at Farmington, Farm-ington, Utah in the County of Davis, by SECURITY TITLE COMPANY, as Trustee under the Deed of Trust made by BRENT A. DOPP, as Trustors, and recorded re-corded December 5, 1986 as Entry No. 763268 in Book 1128 at pages 484 of the Official Records of Davis County, Utah, given to secure an indebtedness in favor of SPENCER D. ADAMS, JR. and BARBARA BAR-BARA A. GREGORY, Trustees in Trust (now owned and held by SPENCER D. ADAMS, JR. and BARBARA A. GREGORY, GREG-ORY, Trustees in Trust) by reason of the breach of certain obligations secured thereby. Notice of Default was recorded October Octo-ber 1, 1987 as Entry No. 803428 in Book 1 196 at page 942 of said Official Records. Trustee will sell at public auction to the highest bidder for cash, payable in lawful money of the United States at the time of sale, without warranty as to title, possession posses-sion or encumbrances, the following described de-scribed property at about 411 N.
