Show SEASONAL CHATTER By Sugar 'N Spice WE MISS CHEERFUL Marion Mar-ion in Mortensen's Bakery. She has been confined to her bed the past week. We wish her a speedy recovery. SPECIALIZING IN bow ties with personalities is Mr. Carl, English instructor at Union High. The students tell us he's super as a teacher also We're looking forward to meeting his wife, who will join him soon. DON'T KNOW WHEN we have seen ayone as well groomed groom-ed and attractively dressed as Chloris Scholes. We can't help casting an eye in her direction every time we slip into Pen ney's. WHEN INQUIRING about the owner of the pleasant voice that answers the county agent's office telephone, we found it to be Lorraine Anderson. After completing a business course in Salt Lake, she has accepted the local position. WE THOROUGHLY enjoyed the Elementary School fair and flower show. Have never seen prouder winners of ribbons, and we compliment all those who helped make it a success. It is a fine exparience for our young sters and we hope it continues to be an annual affair. WE KEEP WONDF.RING about the big spotted dog at Union High, who is obviously looking for her master. We saw her shortly after the Payson-Union Payson-Union game and practically every ev-ery day since. Her headquarters are at the west entrance and she i is apparently waiting for some one frequently letting out a I mournful howl. Hope someone soon claims her or perhaps sh? . ' is just seeking an education. j AUTUMN IS the season for i lovely color combinations, and j during the past week we have glimpsed several striking two-piece two-piece ensembles Evelyn Schmiett wore a handsome gold Jantzen blouse-sweater with a chocolate-brown skirt and brown sport loafers Cam Harmston has an attractive grey and yellow yel-low plaid skirt and wears with it a yellow silk jersey Gwen-nita Gwen-nita Curry looked cute in her grey accordian - pleated flannel skirt and gold jersey sweater LeRae Drollinger looked mighty snappy in her raspberry Jantzen skirt and weskit with a deep-rose sweater Aria Dicker-son Dicker-son wore a good looking combination com-bination consisting of a wine wool skirt and a striped royal blue and navy Jantzen sweater Joyce Rogers was saucy in her Gibson Girl candy-striped blouse and pencil slim tweed skirt.
