This Civil Defense program is a national program, declared essential by our Government and funds set aside to obtain supplies for such seeds. These supplies could only be used in case of national emergency unless un-less they were used in a local emergency and replaced. Mobile units can be had at quite some cost and they have trailer units that are smaller and more to our needs. These trailers are equipped with stretchers, medical supplies and all types of emergency tools. Post members voted to be in favor of and doing anything possible to further this Civil Defense program. 1 Commander Clarence is calling call-ing for more membership and is asking all members to attend at-tend meetings. |
