Show Mrs. Garda Seeley Reception Honors Married Couple A wedding reception and dance was held Friday evening at the Bluebell chapel honoring Mr and Mrs. Boyd Goodrich (Vera Curtis) who were married in the Idaho' Falls Temple Aug. 24. Boyd is the son of Mr. and Mrs, Fred Goodrich of 'Bluebell and Vera is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs Arvel W. Curtis of Idaho Falls. De Vere Hancock was master of ceremonies and the following program was enjoyed: Trio, Pauline Paul-ine Winkler, Shana Lee Winkler Maxine Todd; Reading, Faye Good-roch;. Good-roch;. iSolo, Dale Cummings; Duet Moris and JoAnn Goodrich. Among those attending the reception re-ception from out of town were-Mr. were-Mr. and Mrs. Don Williamson of Orem, Mr. and Mrs. Devey and Mrs, Florence Hancock of Alpine Mr. and Mrs. Arvil Stone and Mr' and Mrs. Dale Stone of Lehi Mr i and Mrs. John Cook, Orlan and Wayne Cook, Mr. and Mrs. Earl Hatch and daughter of Ballard Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth Goodrich of Provo, Mr. and Mrs. Howard Goodrich of Price, Mr. and Mrs Rulon Goodrich and Mr. and Mrs Bruce Goodrich of Bonanza, Mr' and Mrs. Norman Goodrich and Evan Goodrich of Roosevelt Mr and Mrs. Bus Robinson of Ioka' Mr and Mrs. Fred Mathews of Salt Lake, Mr. and Mrs. Wm O Brotherson and Mr. and Mrs. Sherman Sher-man Swasey of Boneta, and Mr and Mrs. Floyd Case of Mt. Emmons. I he young couple will make their home in Payson and Boyd will teach school in Salem. Miss JoAnn Goodrich is here visiting with her parents, Mr and Mrs. Leonard Goodrich. JoAnn has been working at pgden since school was out. FAMILY AT TEMPLE Mr; and Mrs. Bernard Winkler and Mr. and Mrs. M. Verona Winkler Win-kler went-to Salt Lake on Thursday Thurs-day where they went thru the ialt Lake Temple. The special occasion oc-casion was the birthday anniver-say anniver-say of Wm Merrell (now deceased) deceas-ed) and father of Mrs. Bernard Winkler. Family members were comemorating his birthday anniversary anni-versary by a special Temple Excursion. Ex-cursion. There were nineteen members present.. Jeanne Richman and two children and Marilyn ennings of Provo spent the week end here visiting their parents, Mr. and Mrs. Gardner Goodrich CORRECTION in last weeks news Mr. and Mrs. Cliff Lisonbee ac compan.ed by Jay, Daphine and Bessie' and -two boys went to Southern Utah on a short trip -Not Mr. and Mrs. Leslie B. Goodrich Good-rich as stated in news Mr. and Mrs. Sherman Anderson Ander-son and two children of Salt Lake spent the week end here visiting with Sherman's parents, Mr. and I Mrs. John Anderson. Slade and Phil Mathews visited in Ogden and Wyoming over the Labor Day week end. They were accompanied by Dale Cummings of Upalco. Mr. and Mrs. Leslie B. Goodrich Good-rich and Mr. and Mrs. Owen Goodrich spent Sunday and Monday Mon-day in Price visiting with Mr. and Mrs. Blainey Kamball. Mr. and Mrs. Afton Seeley spent the Labor day week end in Myton and Bluebell visiting with relatives. rela-tives. Their son Jimmie who has spent the summer here returned home with them. |
