Show Notice To Water Users The following- applications have been filed with the State Engineer to change or appropriate appropri-ate water in Duchesne County, State of Utah, throughout the entire en-tire year, and all locations being from USB&M, unless otherwise designated: To Change: a-2341 John Spencer, Ioka, Ut. proposes to change the point of diversion and place of use of 3.0 sec. ft. of water right acquired ac-quired by Application No. 13773. The water was to have been diverted di-verted from an unnamed drain, trib. to Dry Gulch at the following follow-ing points: No. 1 S. 1320 ft. from WV4 Cor. Sec. 32 and No. 2 W. 1200 ft. and N. 225 ft. from SW Cor. Sec. 32. both in T 2 S, R 2 W, and used from Mar. 1 to Oct. 31 to irrigate 100 acres of land embraced in WVi SW14 Sec. 32. T2S, R2W and ENWiNWi Sec. 5. T3S, R2 W. Hereafter 3.0 sec. ft. of water will be diverted from the above unnamed drain at the following noints: No. 1 S. 1320 ft. from W4 Cor. Sec. 32, and No. 2 N. 475 ft. from SW Cor. Sec. 32, both from T2S, R2W, and used from March 1 to Oct. 31 to irrigate 65 acres of land embraced em-braced in WV4SWV4 Sec. 32, T 2S, R2W. a-2342 City of Duchesne, Ut. proposes to chance the ooint of diversion of 0.223 sec. ft. of water wa-ter rieht acquired by Application Applica-tion No. 18498. The water was to have been diverted from a well at a point N. 600 ft. and E. 65 ft. from WW Cor. Sec. 30, T3S. R4W and used for the operation oper-ation and maintenance of a municipal mu-nicipal airport, and for domestic, irrigation and fire protection. Hereafter 0 223 sec. ft. of water wa-ter will be diverted from a 6-in. well bet. 100 and 400 ft: deen at a point N. 3106 ft. and E. 1055 ft. from SW Cor. Sec. 30, T 3 S, R 4 W, and used for the same purposes described above. To Appropriate: 19782 Napier Swasey, Bo-neta, Bo-neta, Ut.; .022 sec. ft. for miscellaneous mis-cellaneous purposes from a 7-in. well bet. 55 and 75 ft. deep at a point N. 76 ft. and W. 624 ft. from SE Cor. The water will be used for domestic, stock-watering and irrigation purposes. 20181 Elmer Yergcnsen, Myton, Ut.; .03 sec. ft. for miscellaneous mis-cellaneous purposes from a 6-in. well bet. 40 and 50 ft. deep at a point N. 2364 ft. and E. 4605 ft from SW Cor.
