Show I CEILING PRICES ON ALL HAY EFFECTIVE 1st MAY Nationwide dollar and cent ceiling prices on all types of hay at all levels of distribution were established by the . Office of Price Administration, effective May 1, 1945, Ellen Rawlings, community service member of the Roosevelt war price and rationing ra-tioning board stated today. The new regulation places I hay in four divisions, namely, 1. I alfalfa. 2. clover (except sweet I clover), timothy, clover and timothy tim-othy mixed, grain hay and wild oats. 3. Cowpea, soybean, sweet clover and kudza and 4. Grass hays including red top, orchard grass, blue grass, Bermuda, Sudan, Su-dan, broom grass.es and all other hay not specifically included in any of the foregoing divisions.
